As ever, the JInglun boasts an excellent location, with easy access to Beijing airport, SoHo, business centres, general stores, and welcoming and affordable restaurants (iFood, Vietnamese restaurant just behind Silk Street is particularly recommended). This December, with evening temperatures down to 8 below the heating in the JInglun's rooms was especially welcome (and it didn't cut off when the key card was removed from the card holder: a most welcome bonus). Some of the paintwork is looking a little tired and would benefit from being renewed but for price, location, and welcome it's hard to beat the Jinglun.
